Department of Petroleum Products Performance Evaluation and Field Testing carriers out of performance of engine fuels, lubricating oils, including engine oils, gear oils hydraulic oils, and greases, in laboratory and engine tests.


The Department is also qualified to perform field testing the above mentioned products using the Institute fleet of motor vehicles.
